Parent Involvement

We value parents/caregivers as equal partners in their child’s education and encourage them to participate fully in the life of the school.

We welcome parents to assist in many ways including:

• listening to students read
• helping with classroom activities
• helping in the community garden
• helping at working bees
• coaching sports teams
• assisting on excursions
• becoming a member of Governing Council, Fundraising committee or Healthy Lifestyle committee

Parent volunteers in regular school activities need to complete a Volunteer application and Agreement form, you will also require a Working with Children's Check. More information  can be obtained from the front office.
